The garden that’s open to guests is transformed from November to January into an idyllic winter village. A punch to warm up the insides, seasonal music and a festive atmosphere is the way to really kick off the run-up to Christmas. Vorarlberg’s favourite dish – which is ‘Käsknöpfle with roasted onions’ – is also served in a rustic wooden hut. But the pleasant shady garden location also becomes a popular meeting place for all BBQ fans during the months of summer.
