The Genusswerkstatt in Hohenems-Reute is above all characterised by its dedication to the craft of cooking. Chef and proprietor Daniel Mathis attaches great importance to the freshness and origin of the ingredients used. The dishes served – be it pasta, chutneys, sorbets or cakes – are all home-made while the panorama that presents views of Schloss Glopper, the Rhine Valley and the surrounding mountains seek their equal. The lovingly designed garden with vistas of the Swiss mountains is open to guests during the summer.
